1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 299 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users of the 299 website at 299.vin and any associated mobile application. By accessing or using the platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, place a bet, or play a game — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players in the Philippines. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version governs.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Security

You may only hold one account with 299. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or contact numbers — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date through your account settings.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID — along with a selfie photograph for matching. Completing KYC early is recommended so that withdrawals are not delayed when you have winnings to collect.

Password and Account Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 299 will never contact you asking for your password or OTP (one-time password). If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your 299 account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports Philippine online banking channels including InstaPay, PESONet, and local bank transfers from major banks such as BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Philippine e-wallets including GCash and Maya may also be available as deposit channels, subject to current availability.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment channel. Processing times vary depending on the method used — InstaPay transfers are generally real-time, while PESONet batch transfers may take longer during off-banking hours.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, provided your identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the channel selected and internal review requirements. Most requests are processed within one to three business days. Requests that trigger additional verification may take longer.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are shown in your account dashboard at the time of requesting.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on 299, you accept that the outcome of any wager is uncertain and that you may lose the amount staked. The platform covers sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and online poker. • Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for a specific market.
• 299 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors, technical faults, or circumstances outside normal sporting conditions (such as force majeure events).
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent changes to the market.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 299 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, algorithms, or live casino streams.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment channel, subject to completion of any pending identity checks.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299 is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including losses due to internet outages, device failure, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or event statistics, which may be subject to error or delay.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and we will aim to provide advance notice where possible.

12 Changes to These Terms

299 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
